Have his wages garnished and get what you need for your children. Church people gossip. When they see the garnishment, word will travel fast! You won't have to do anything, but the word will get out. Good luck.

You need to discuss this with the senior pastor. He would not appreciate his examply to the youth being a dead beat Dad. You know how much he makes. If you can not get any help from his boss, you might just need to let the local sheriff know where he is. You can also garnish his wages.

I think i would speak with the senior pastor of the church or the church board. Also contact your local child support enforcement office--since you know where he works maybe they can get a income withholding order thru the courts.

You might want to send him to recovery services, that would get him paying again in a good way. I deal with public assistance and I see it all of the time. The woman applies and is asking for help and she has not filed for child support through recovery services. I ask why she has not filed and she says something like " I do not want to do that to him " or " he says that he will pay " , well, they don't.
Make him pay, and he will if you let the state you are in take care of it

Try to confront him on it. If that does not work confront him in front of his congregation. How embarrassing do you think that would be? That is the procedure in the old testament, but still if that does not work leave it up to the Father. Also get some strong prayer (With All Your Heart.) Always remember to go to the Father humble like a child. May the Father bless you with good wisdom.

You can do what a friend of mine did a few years ago.
She took a picture of her ex from their album, scanned it into the computer and added it to a flyer. The flyer gave only the basics, nothing that would be considered inflamatory.
With the help of friends, she put them up around town. Especially in places where co-workers might see them.
State his name, how much he owes and how often he sees his child.

Do whats best for your daughter. My exhusband pays sometimes and see's the children from time to time. I havent done anything about either because it's really not my place. What I mean by that is I don't want to do anything that my children will resent me for later on. It's not my place to judge him god will do that and I will contiue to love and raise my children on my own and I call the shots thats just the way I like it to be.

My dad is the same way..he doesnt pay child support and he's a big giant fat hypocrite. Bring it to his face and tell him. He cares for other people but he doesnt care for you or his child. Either that, or bring it up in church. :3

Have some flier printed up calling him a dead beat dad who never wants to see his own kids. This man gives advise to young people and kids but won't take care of his own.He needs to be taken down a notch or two.
