I have all these Cd's that came with all my stuff I put in, What is the first thing I need to install
I have these cd's
Windows Vista
Hp Cd Drive
Motherboard Drivers for vista
a hard drive cd
probably alot more

once you install that then the other cds will be asked as in when its needed put them in as when prompted!

You need to install Vista first. It will have basic drivers for video and your CD drive. Afterward, you install the drivers from the motherboard CD. If you installed Vista, you will probably not need the hard drive CD. Finally, install the HP CD drivers. I'm assuming that refers to the "LightScribe" feature. You will still be able to do basic burning and reading from the drive, but you need the CD to install LightScribe capability.

Vista first, and vista will install every thing for the hardware.
