I'm going to a water park with my uncle.I told him I would love to go but, then I just relized afterwards I have my period. I really would rather not tell him about my problem but, if I tell him I don;t want to go he'll wan to know why. Any advice on what I should do. Should I go to the park, should I just tell him I don't wanna go and explain everything to him. PLEASE HELP me!

Well, have you ever thought of tampons?
They work perfectly for water-parks.
Now, if you're upset because you feel cranky or puffy or whatever, take two Midol and chill before you go.
Unfortunately, I think you'll just have to suck it up. It'll be awkward in the beginning, but once you start having fun, you'll forget about it and wonder why you even debated going!

Just give him as much as he needs to know.
Say, "I'm very sorry, but due to a medical issue I am unable to accompany you to the water park. I appreciate your patience and understanding in this difficult time."
Then kick back and watch some TV.

i am invited to wild waves next thursday and i staarted my period today again. i just had it 2 weeks ago!! i thought it was a 30 day pattern?

You can still go...just use a tampon...its really no big deal!!!!
you don't have to tell him just go and have fun!!!

if you wear tampons you can still swim, but if your not comfortable doing that (or like me, you just like to be at home on your period) maybe you can get one of your parents/guardians/sister to tell your uncle. or just tell him yourself and postpone it.

well, its better just to be comfortable. if you are sure you don't want to go, just call him and say you can't go. if he asks just say it's a girl thing. if he questions more, i'd hang up the phone.
