You are confused. People who worry alot have shorter life spans. Stress causes health problems.

If you worry a lot, you are not spending those 80 years very well. I would rather worry little, have a good life and live a little shorter than to worry a lot and live a little longer. It is not the length of life that matters but its width.

It's better not to worry. People who worry alot have more stress and stress leads to health problems, which in turn can be bad, and you might live a shorter life.

Ah, the question of the long, unjoyful life vs. the short but carefree life. Well, I don't think there's a universal answer to that. That's something that each of us has to decide on our own. Our lives are ours to live, and ours to control.

Personally, I'm not a worrier, AND I plan on living a nice, loooong life. :)

Whichis better, the length of one's life or the quality of life?
Worry and longevity are not necessarily compatible. Worry can cause high blood pressure and heart problems, which shorten life. Just some thoughts.

Don't worry. Do the best you can in your life and live to be as old as your body allows.

Depends on if you like to worry and how old you'd like to be, otherwise they'd be equal.
