deep frying chicken and fish, putting dressing on salad, dipping veggies in dressing, using marshmallow cream cheese dip on fruit, there's so many ways. haha.
Putting chocolate in milk, extra sugar in kool aid (although that wasn't healthy in the first place)

"frozen yogurt", by adding hot fudge, Carmel, whipped cream, strawberry syrup, banana, cherries, nuts, and Oreo cookies. Yum. I have given up that stuff and my imagination is getting greater and greater about yummy food.

cucumbers when you add sugar, carots when you add ranch dressing
i dont know if oatmeal is bad or not. but it could be badder if you add more sugar to it, ect.
