No, I thought I did once when a tree fell on my head but at the hospital I found out I had fractured my skull & severed a vein inside my head. Pic of my head on my 360.

Yes. I bent over once in a bathroom stall at a restaurant and when I was bringing my head back up from tying my shoe I hit my head on the serrated edge of the toilet paper holder. Got a big cut, had to go out into the restaurant with my head bleeding because I couldn't get it to stop, went to the doctor and found out I had a concussion and had to get a tetanus shot. Don't ever bend over in a bathroom stall.
