All time is Rice - however, I have never seen anyone better than Randy Moss in his prime, period. If he had half the class that Jerry Rice had, today, he probably would be talked about as one of the greatest of all time.
Attitude is the difference. Marvin Harrison is great, but I just can't stand it when he just runs straight out of bounds to avoid a hit..punk.
And Randy Moss's attitude, well we all know what that has been.
Jerry Rice..not sure anyone in the world has said a bad thing about this dude.

Can't say who the absolute best is today, but can tell you who SOME of the best are: Chad Johnson, Terrel Owens, Steve Smith, and Marvin Harrison.
Of all time? No question about it: Jerry Rice.

Today it is Owens. He is the complete package. Last year he had a broken hand 1/4 into the season and a torn ligament the second half of the season. Even so he still led the league in touchdowns. What do you think he will do this year, at 100%. His hamstring is fine, he's practicing in training camp and his hands couldnt be better. I forsee another record for #81.

Rice holds all the records so it has got 2 be him as the best of all time. Currently I think it is between Smith of the Panthers and Johnson of the Bengals. I give the edge 2 smith just.

TODAY-Chad Johnson. Because during the regular season he had 1369 recieving yards which was the most in the whole NFL. He averaged 14.9 recieving yard per game last year which is 1.5 better than Harrison.
ALL TIME-Rice, Beacuse its Rice, he has too many records as a reciever that i lost count.
