Wet towels, or if you have a carpet cleaner you can use that yo suck up the water. It will go into the dirty water reservoir. You can rent one from your local grocery store.

Use every bath towel you have. Sop up the water and toss them into the tub. Wring them out and keep repeating.
And consider buying a shop vac in case the emergency arises again.

A shop vacuum is a quick way but then you are stuck emptying out the vacuum multiple times. I find that using towels and wringing them out is a good fast way also spreading the water out with a large push broom and turning on the heat will work to. If there is nothing below your bath floor then drilling a small hole( 1/4" or smaller) in the lowest point of you floor and allowing to drain to dirt below would be the quickest way. In order to do this you would have to be on a wood sub floor or elevated floor not a concrete slab floor. If not I am sorry but your gonna have to do it the old fashioned way....

I had that happen in my kitchen. I threw down as many towels and rags as I could find and let them soak it up. If that isn't enough, you can throw down some cotten shirts and maybe a blanket or two. Throw that stuff into the bath tub when you are finished and stomp the excess out so you don't have to mop the whole house.

Buy a mop with a turning wringer and a bucket - keep on ringing the water out.
Try wringing out a bath towel
