I mean do these skavenging gull creatures deserve the light of day? these mean very little to me ... i wish they could extinct.. sorry PETArds

Seagulls are protected under the federal migratory bird act. However, state Fish and Wildlife determine when they become a nuisance and hold depredation hunts and take eggs from nests. Certain threatened species like piping plovers are assaulted frequently by gulls and that is when the state steps in.

hello. seagulls have the right to fly, it's their sky first. sea gulls are not scavengers, take a fish. sorry, lady/guy, whomever you are : {

Since we have total dominion over seagulls, and can kill them or let them live as we please, it is up to us whether or not they have rights.
