1) There's various ingredients gone into fast foods. Though most are considered unhealthy due to the amount of oil and fatty ingredients gone into it. Subways, for example, seem quite healthy.

2) Subways, hmm.. more vegetables are in it compared to oily foods. So quite nutricious in my opnion. In order to improve the food in terms of nutrients, I think adding more vegetables and fruits along with meat (with reduced oil) will be more nutricious.

3) As much as I hate to admit it; Lazyness. There's fast food restaurants everywhere! And some are only a few blocks away. So why not? It saves a lot of my time for cooking. And plus, these fast foods are too good to pass by. Though while I am eating it, I'm fully aware of how much danger I'm putting myself in.

4) I think that's true. During childhood I was exposed to the fast food world due to my lazy parents. They did not like to cook very much so I was brought to these restaurants whenever I was "hungry". These foods have grown on me. Not only did I pick up the habit because I thought these foods were tasty, I went there because it brought back some childhoos memories. Many of these restaurants lure children in with their "playgrounds" and "toy meals".

5) This is an obvious one. NO. I think that children shouldn't be exposed to these places at an early age. They need to learn to eat nutriciously, and only nutriciously. The occasional sweets may be alright, but you wouldn't know how "bad" these fast foods can be for developing kids.

For the last two years I've been cutting down on fast foods, and I think that, honestly, my routine changed. I go out walking more than I sit at these restaurants. I cook my own food, I don't feel as constantly tired as I was back then. My life seems to be getting better.

I hope this helps.

1) Nothing about fast food is nutritious
2) A lot has to be done to make fast food nutritious because the food is so horrible for you.
3) I don't eat at fast food places like Burger King, KFC, etc. I only would if I was in the middle of nowhere and that was the only place to eat.
4) It could, but it depends on the parents. These days many parents have a busy and fast paced lifestyle that they hardly have time to make lunch or whatever for their children so they just stop at a fast food place so their kids would be satisfied and be able to eat and the parents would be able to keep up with their schedule.
5) Of course it isn't healthy for kids to eat there. It isn't healthy for anyone to eat there.

I don't understand why people still eat at fast food places, its gross, disgusting and your basically killing yourself with all that unhealthy stuff your eating.

Most fast food restaurants have some healthy options. Most people just don't order the healthy stuff.
I don't eat to often at fast food restaurants. I've even realized how much cheaper and more ingredients I can get on my sandwiches by making them at home verses Subway.
I believe the habit can be from how you were raised, as well as, from advertising and everyone else doing it.
