It is never to late to further your education. I didn't start looking until my senior year of high school either, even though most of my friends had already applied to school by then. I think I was just in denial, but who knows.

If you haven't already, you should check out collegeboard.com. It has an awesome college search that lets you plug in specifics about what kind of school you are looking for (two or four year, public or private, etc), including size and location.

Good luck!

PS. After you start looking and applying, don't think that you get to slack off for the rest of your senior year because colleges will be checking up on your grades and it could make or break your spot in their program.

Thats a funny question! I actually did the same thing you did for my senior year thats when I began looking. Im now getting ready to graduate from community college and Im still looking to where I want to transfer for my four year degree. Its never too late, alot of colleges have rolling admissions so I wouldnt worry about anything :)

It is never too late. If you are unsure about what you want to do, take your time. There is no such thing as graduating college on time, it is bullcrap. Start touring soon if you know what you want to major in. Talk to your guidance counselor when school starts.

No, it makes sense to do this whenever you can until it is time to apply for colleges. Even after you have sent in applications, if you haven't seen the schools you have applied to, it still makes sense to go there and see what they are like.
