You could do it in the bath tub... just take a bath (im sure they wont bother you when you're doing that) you'll find positions that work. Just rub your clit and it should work. Also, lock your door! Or... lock your door and do it at night before you go to sleep. I highly doubt that they will come in late at night. And you can make yourself be quiet.. if you can't help but whimper/moan a bit, then turn on some soft music and put your face into a pillow.

In the shower or when you go to bed, or first wake up in the morning. One of my favs is to hump on some pillows. Keep your panties on, stack a few pillows together, kneel down over them, squeeze with your knees until the pillows are firm, and just rub back and forth over them. If your not getting enough pressure to feel good, use a pad or two inside your panties.

personnaly i can do it without making any noise while my parents are litteraly one room away with the door open though i prefer to do it in privacy, the computer room has a door made of glass, in fact i just did it this morning so yeah ps maybe its different for us cuz im a boy
