Good idea? When is the best time to do it? Once he is kicked how do I get the handcuffs off or in front of me?

Fighting a cop when you are being arrested is a bad idea. You will just add on charges of resisting arrest and assault on a police officer.
Just do your time and build a bridge and get over it.

Definately NOT a good idea. You kick them and they WILL pepper spray you. I know this for a fact because i work for a police department.

No its not a good idea, they have guns and tazors and they will use them on you! If you did something, just face the crime and go with them! <3

Don't do that. Why would you want to get arrested?
Also please don't try to attack on a cop, they are armed and armed with tasers too. It would be real horrifying to see someone get a nasty shock.
