You can't spell, you're in a pretty remote area, you can "only handle" a three month term, and you smoke.
I know I don't want to recommend any students to you.....

You would need to apply to be a host family to one of those host family organizations that operate in your area.
Only if you're approved (there's a screening process) will you be a host family.
You would have to ask them if they would allow smokers. They might not.
