yes... it is important to know that the both of you can survive the little arguments so that when something big happens you are ready and prepared. Also when there is some conflict people learn how each other fight which is important because then you learn more about them. it also helps you figure out their likes and dislikes.

a little should be just fun...
if everything goes smoothly, isn't that very boring?

conflict helps people to know each other better, learn to trust more and also helps to shape our own personality better...

if after a small conflict, you learnt that the friend that you always thought you knew well, is actually far from what you understood, you tell yourself "ah, now I know him better".
Through such, you learn to adjust and accomodate, to be more sensitive, or maybe even see the ugly side and decided you don't want to be friends or lovers anymore...

However, too much conflicts can be harmful...

Moderation is always the best =p

Yes. Friction (conflict) adds a spark to a relationship and is perfectly normal. In fact, no conflict in a relationship can be harmful as can excessive conflict in a relationship.

It depends on a person's outlook. In my opinion, yes, I do believe SOME coflicts can be good. It may bring you to be more open and honest when things between the couple forgive eachother...and stop fighting. I also think that within some reason, most fights will make you stronger in a way! They teach you a lesson...

i don't think so. i mean if you want orange juice and ur bf/gf wants apple juice and you argue on which one to buy it's okay, but i don't see how argument can help anything.
