My mom came into my room and started yelling cuz she found out I've been smoking weed and she won't let me out of my room.I need to go get something from a friend.Should I climb out the window and go get it myself or call my friend and tell her to bring it over?

You should call your friend to bring it over. Sneaking out of the house might lead to making your mom trusting you even less because she might think that you sneaked out to smoke some more. And you really need to talk this over with your mom. Think about how it must feel to find out your daughter who you spent years raising to be a good person ended up smoking. It must put a lot of extra stress and disappointment on her.

Switch to alcohol because I'm certain most of the other judgmental hypocrites who responded to your question don't consider it a drug because it's "legal". Call your friend or the situation will get worse.

I would do without it and, keep a low profile for awhile. You're in enough hot water, as it is.
sometimes, being part of the in crowd, is'nt worth all the parental retribution.

You should start thinking of ways to gain your mother's trust back.

you should most definitely not leave your room. that would make your mom even madder than she already is with you. you wouldn't want that. just ask your friend to bring it over.
