(1) I had a book stolen from the library.
(2) The police were ordered to stop drinking after midnight.
*my lecturer said that that has more than 5...but I could only think of 1 or 2...any idea pls?

You could have had someone steal a book from the library for you. Or you just had a book that had been stolen from the library. Or since you had the book somehow you where involved and knew about it. Receiving stolen merchandise. Or you had it and may still have it, but don't know where it is now for sure.
Someone ordered the police to stop drinking after midnight. Or the police were order to stop patrons from drinking after midnight. They could have been ordered on the spot or it was just a general policy order. Or they were order generally or not after midnight at the police station or at a bar. Time and person are the worst for being vague. Misplaced modifiers.

1- You ordered somebody to steal a book from the library for you.
2-A book of yours was stolen at the library.
3-You used to own a book that had been stolen from the library.
1- The police were ordered not to drink after midnight
2- The police were ordered to stop other people from drinking after midnight.
3- Somebody told the police to stop drinking -and it was after midnight.
4- Somebody told the police to stop other people from drinking - and it was after midnight.
That's all I can come up with.

the police is /are/were ordered to stop dringking after midnight
