It's about 4 months old and all i see is hair. Besides looking for its genital area, are there any other things i can look for?

grab the hind legs and lift it up... make it sure that the animal is stable and at the same time comfortable in your part and to the animal...
as you can see the rabbit has only one anal part.. hold it laterally and put a slight pressure on both side the orifice... a little protrution can be seen... it is a male if you can see a penis like structure... if not it is the other way around...
