Try freezing it. The baby oil might stain your cloths too.

I'm thinking the same stuff we buy to take tar off a car, but test in a spot that you won't see to see if it will harm the fabric. Baby oil will cause a new stain.

There are new chemicals that can remove tar (or say they can).
A walk down the cleaning materials section of the supermarket will show you what you need to try.

You could try rubbing kerosene on it, but use a small are and test the kerosene fist. Another weird one I've heard is peanut butter...you just have to wash it afterwards in the washing machine.

I have been told that WD40 will remove almost anything from clothing. You might try that.
