I have two, depending on how I feel. When my father was in a hospital dying and had been unable to speak for about two weeks, I visited until very late one evening. The nurses kept chasing me and finally I left his room, walked down the hall (about 100 feet or more) and hailed the elevator. Dad didn't want me to go so he was angry. As I waited for the elevator to come, Dad suddenly yelled, loud and clear, "bull____". It amuses me after 20 plus years. My other favorite cuss word came from a friend's mother. It is bat's ***. Everytime I say it, I visualize the bat flying away from me swinging his butt from left to right. These word work well for me and I do not feel the need to resort to vulgarity.

The f word. Definently.
I don't swear alot but when I hurt myself, my whole family can hear me shouting that word over and over.
When I get angry, I tend not to swear but shout. Probably the one I use more often in the swear category is "hell". And when I'm not watching myself, I say "Goddammit." But I feel guilty even typing it out so I rarely use it.

I really try not to use offensive language, because I do not like to hear it myself. My favorite fustration word is "cornflakes". When my family hears "oh, cornflakes", they know to get out of my way.

Sadly, I cannot use it here, as it violates community standards , but it is a good one.
as ned Flanders would say "Good Lord, that is the loudest profanity i have ever heard!"
