No one has even mentioned actress Famke Janssen's diabolically sexy performance as Xenia Zirgavna Onatopp, in the 1995 James Bond entry, "Goldeneye"!!!
If THAT ain't a most dynamic, albeit deadly example of leg scissors in a motion picture, nothing ain't!!!

Kathleen Turner did that scissors leg lock on Michael Douglas in "War of the Roses"

Foul Play -- an OOOOOOLD movie from the '70s with Chevy Chase and Goldie Hawn. It's not Goldie that uses the leg scissors, though -- it's another character and she uses them on Burgess Meredith.
I love that old movie.
