It's possible, depending on what items you have. The easiest way to earn some money is to choose a skill to train and stick with it. I recommend fishing, smithing, or woodcutting.
For fishing, get lobsters.
Smithing- Steel platebodies and anything higher.
Woodcutting- Willows or yews.

if you have some good levels on mining and forging then yes. or even other crafts but i find mining/forging is the most productive
