Very intelligent question. Yes. according to the Vedic Knowledge, this world is a perverted reflection of the absolute world. It is called Maya (illusion) and is temporary and full of misery. Only one fourth of the souls come to this world, (the less intelligent ones, (that's us) The rest are enjoying eternal blissful loving, relationships with our Maker also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We are in a waking dream creating our next liefs situation by our actions and consciousness in this life. dream means temporary. This situation here is temporary, though our soul is eternal. We are not this body, IE; race, color, nationality, religion, gender, job, mind, intellect, etc. these are all based on our illusion and are all temporary. We are eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul named above. If we want to realize our constitutional position beyond this illusion then the process of self realizations is recommended. The easiest and quickest way to that is Bhakti Yoga which culminates in the chanting of the Maha Mantra (the great mantra for deliverance from all suffering and illusion. Read Bhagavad Gita As it is By Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada asitis.com you can read it on line. tells how. I love it.

Sometimes when I am dreaming it is so realistic that I think it is reality, but when I am awake I do not know what reality is. Does reality truly exist? I believe that it is our mind that make our own limited realities and we put up walls to the real reality beause maybe our minds cannot handle all of it all at once...

It's all a dream. Actually we never separated from God. We just think it's reality. Same with our night dreams.

No i dont, but i do think that my dreams are my processing
of what limited and likely false info-contained therein, gets
understood by me.
Having said that, you(and others) should be aware that there
are"talkers" and extroverts out there who are very adept at
confusing and what may be called pseudo-answers;because
the answers that they give are basically mumbo-jumbo;even
worse-the answers that they give purport to solve the askers
problem.
Wittgenstein,the great philosophy so-called sage,did this;
and lots of fast thinking students have been "taken-in" by
all the dreamlike "reality" in his writings.
So in the future others including you,may be inclined to
believe these so called experts. I say, wake up and dont be
(too) fooled in your dreams or in your real life either.

When I dream my dreams are reality and when I am awake that is reality. In a way it can be said, reality is relative.

I think, time and space doesn't exist like most people think. I believe, dreams take place in a sort of Dreamland which is just as real as our waking time.
