I think they steal, beg, borrow without asking, rob, you name it.

do you really believe that criminals are only found in the ghettos?! wake up, there are criminals all around you and i.....wherever we live, they are there. there are so money scams around that you just have to check your emails to see the extent of what is on offer.......
the good criminals dont live long in ghettos, they tend to move as soon as they make some money and come live next to you and me.

Umm...threatening people at gunpoint and robbing banks always works. But I really don't think the "ghetto" is what you think it is.
