Your not ugly but you r not pretty.... do somethign with your hair...put better make up on... and dress a little nicer than you will look a little better...to be honest you dont have a very femine face..your face is also a little biut chuby to!

You have absolutely perfect eyebrows- I'm pretty jealous!
I think you should try to use a concealer for under your eyes, and that'll brighten up your whole face- it really makes a difference! :) That's all, really! You're pretty!!

get your hair done,
smile,
get undereyecream,
wear necklaces,
and try wearing BRIGHTER colored makeup...it might be tempting to put on the dark red lipstick and stuff, but DON'T!!!
bright colors would look very very good on you!!!
