Yes, I knew about it, and once again the American media decides what is better to watch, and they usually pick some trash sport instead of legitimate sports. It may not be there fault maybe the vast majority of Americans would rather watch trash instead of real sports.

Yes, I did know that the PanAM games just took place. However, the way I found out about it was in an article I read about Fidel Castro's health, and it mentioned that he spent all his time watching the games. Otherwise, I would not have had a clue. After checking on my cable line-up, I found the only stations that were offering the games was the spanish channels, and they were at an extra fee.
