Yes because unexpected things change the way you feel about yourself and your life its like going up and down a coaster. A little thing like a pimple can bring down ur self esteem and then all of a sudden a compliment or a smile can bring it back up. You never really expect that something is going to happen to make you feel differently about yourself but then it does and you do feel differently, so in many ways self esteem is like a rollercoaster.
