It will feel muggy. Not horrible though. 35-45% would be considered a nice day at 86 degrees. With a breeze. No wind and 86 is bad no matter what the humidity is at.
For T R. Sorry I gave you a thumbs down. But you keep changing your answer every ten minutes.

Relative humidities in the 60%'s can still be quite comfortable, actually. See the envirochex link below. But 86 F is kinda hot regardless.
Meterologists sometimes use a "heat index" which combines air temperature and relative humidity to determine an apparent temperature — how hot it actually feels. The heat index for 86 F and 58% RH is 90 F, about 4 degrees difference. See the NOAA link. 90 F is pretty hot if you're not in the shade.
As relative humidity gets higher, it gets harder for your body to keep cool since evaporation of sweat is reduced, thus you feel hotter. The optimum combination for human comfort is a dewpoint of about 60 F and a RH of between 50 and 70% (this would put the temperature at about 75 F). The air feels dry outside when BOTH the dewpoint is below 60 F AND the RH is less than 40%. (see theweatherprediction link).

It will be horrible. That means a dewpoint of around 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Comfortable dewpoints are about 60 F and lower.

well it looks like you will be sweating that day. With the Humidity and it being 86 outside that day expect it to feel like 100 or 105.Where light colour clothing and where your hair up that day and lots of sun tan lotion on and in your purse carry some extra deodorant.I would suggest flip flops if that is possible ,because Teena shoes will make your feet more hot and sweaty.

50 % humidity is not too much so theres not much problem with that but i live in toronto canada and i am too lazy to comvert farenheit to celcius so ill say its gonna be a pretty good day with some chances of heat.

That's a bit muggy, but not that bad. That corresponds to a dewpoint of about 70 (Mesocyclone is correct about that), which is not bad at all, especially if you can stay out of the direct sun.

I always check the temp/dew point spread, the closer the numbers are the more humid it will be. If the numbers are very close or the same...expect rain.
