my husband and i dont have much of a sex life... I just dont have the urge.. like ever! I found out a couple weeks ago that my hormones are all messed up and i dont know if that is it, or what.. Any ideas on what to do to get the desire back?

Btw, The doc put me on birth control pills to straighten my hormones out, been on them for about a month and still no sex drive......

Go to a Doctor and get some help. They might rebound then and the problem is fixed.

I feel for you here, I've been through the same thing. I suggest you talk to your husband firstly to discuss how this has you both feeling then I would definitely go to your doctor and discuss what options you have and what can be done. Seeing as you mentioned your hormones I would tend to think this is your main reason why you've lost your mojo, your doc can prescribe something that will have your hormones in balance in no time and if that's the case no amount of foreplay will bring it back, although I'm sure your husband won't oppose to trying... they're committed like that.
If you have a good gyno, I'd make an appointment there too. Good luck and don't be too hard on yourself.

Talk with your doctor. My wife was going through the same thing and was very dry and would be painful for her. The doctor gave her some hormone replacement therapy and it appears to have had a pretty good effect with her.

Yep see your doctor. It could be serious or not. But it can screw up your marriage if you don't get help.

there is some kind of medicine that treats decreased sexual desire (or if u need to go to drastic measures...... look up porn.......lol!)
