I know this is going to be hard to picture but I have seen my wife get almost a year out of one :)

Depending on how often I want to shave it can last from 5-10 uses. I usually replace the blade after the aloe vera strip is gone from my Mach 3 power
There are places you can buy brand new razors for $1 each

all the time, cheaper and faster. The only downfall is when my aunt and sister's find it and shaves their legs with it and I don't know about it, and go to shave my face and I come out of the bathroom with toilet paper all over my face due to cutting my face up. Guy's will know what I am talking about. Leg hair and face hair don't mix.

You'll know when it's time--skin chunks come up after using them about 4-5 times.
