Because earlier today i saw a 5yr. old girl with a man in the Men's restroom, personally i find it hypocritical and two-faced to have signs that say Men/Women and don't apply it. Because i believe if adults cannot use the wrong restroom then minors shouldn't either.

Because allowing a 5 year old girl in the men's restroom is seperate but not equal.

Better that the girl go into the men's restroom supervised with her father, than to go into a strange restroom alone.
5 is a little too young to go into a public restroom alone.

What about the 5 yr old boy in the womens restroom?

Think: if you had a son or daughter would you want her or him going into a restroom and struggle with the door and getting on the toilet or reaching the urinal all by themselfs will all the men and women and perverts watching?

It is equal because little girls go in with their daddys when the mommys are not around and little boys go in with their mommys when their daddys are not around. EQUAL

Obviously you do not have children.

In this day and age- parents do NOT leave a 5 yr old girl or boy unattended why they 'visit' the restroom - Nor should they let a 5 yr old go alone.

Obviously the little girl was with her father/uncle/grandfather- and a women wasn't present when NATURE called.

Wait till you have children..

Dads have a dilemma when it comes to taking their daughters to the restroom in public. Moms can take their young sons into the ladies room no problem, but it is touchy for dads to take their daughter's into the men's room due to urinals and such. And the other alternative, to go into the ladies' room, is awkward.

Mabie she's too scared to go in the "little girls room" without daddy. plus she's only 5 little girls and boys go in the opposite restroom with their parents all the time it's normal.

the minor or younger, infant....is too scared or too young to go into the restroom themselves...so the adult has to take them with them to the restroom. i mean, what would you rather them do? go in restroom by themselves?

When my sons were younger , there were times when I had to take them with me into the ladies' room.
If I didn't have someone to stay with them outside the door or if my husband wasn't with me to take them with him to the men's room, they had to go with me.

If I had left them outside the door, someone unsavory may have taken them and I would never see them alive again. So maybe this man had to bring the girl with him, because there was no other choice.
