I need a cheap and good navigation system for my car?

It must cost less than $300.
Once i purchase it, are there any other expenses, and what else should i know about navigation systems?

i hear that tom tom is real good and you can also get celeb. vocies. Garmin is going to be your best bet probably but its way more expensive. so for the money get tom tom
