i have to dress up in eighties clothes and i dont know what to wear and how to do my make up

And you know what's worse? It's back. You can get a lot of 80's style clothing in your local mall at just about any hip clothing store. Check out H&M, Deb, Forever 21, Delia's, just about anywhere. Just don't post any pictures... Ugh!

depends on if you want to be preppy or punk or what. The net shirt with a shirt under it slouched over one shoulder (Madonna look) was popular... Check out Breakfast Club pictures as well as Pretty in Pink and 16 Candles. The Wedding Singer may help too.

Polo shirts with the collar up (think ralph lauren) or for girls the whole Flashdance thing; loose sweatshirt with the neck torn at the sides, off one shoulder and a tank top underneath.

leg warmers (and I still tease my friends who wore these back then.. they looked ridiculous!) Long shirts (not necessarily baggy) colorful (think Cosby) someone said banana clips. I haven't seen a real one for about 20 years) cowboy boots! disco skates (geeks like me wore them in the '80s to keep up with the "big kids") pin stripe jeans. for accesories: think BIG. Big button earrings, big chunky beady necklaces, etc.
