Man do you have me beat. When I was injured I learned to sleep with a small pillow between my knees to keep the pain down, and one to lay my arm and shoulder on, and of course one for my nogin' . So it's 3.

I only have one :( ... But the best sleep ever was at Gran Ronda Hotel in Barcelona, were they had three pillows on each bed... They had one thick, one thin, and one which was almost half the size of the bed, that you could hug all night....It was as if you had the sweetes and softest partner ever.... :):)
