In my place we don't have a bath tub. My son is getting big for his infant tub. I place it in the shower and use the shower head while sitting on the side. He loves it! Well, he can't sit up by himself yet, so what should I do?

There are bath rings for when he can sit up, until then, I think you may have to get undressed and get wet too. There are some infant tubs that are big and convert to toddler tubs later. Maybe try one of those (we bought one with our first son and it was around $30 but I have used it with all three). Good luck, hope it helps.

oh for crying out loud it's not weird to shower with your baby
If the baby cannot sit up yet it's probably pretty young so i would use the infant tub FOR NOW.. babys get really really slippery when wet. or possibly get one that is bigger, or i like the idea of the sink.. if you don't mind takeing a shower with yoru son i would do that it's much easier and kills two birds with one stone:) you both get clean:)

My son is 20 months and from day 1 he loves the shower over a bath. I held him until he could sit in a baby bath set then I put the bath set in the shower where I could spray him or move it on me.

You don't say how big your baby is, but when mine outgrew the infant tub, I bathed them in the kitchen sink. Just be sure to not leave him unattended and make sure he can't reach the faucet handle. You don't want him to accidentally turn on the hot water.

if you have a target in your area there is a funky chair called a bumbo that you could put him in in the tub you have still using the shower head -we use it now for feeding but my daughter is almost in the same boat and that's our plan -good luck

my sister has the same problem. she takes the baby into the shower with her. she wears a bathing suit so its not weird. the only thing i'd be worried about is a slippery baby.
