IN Oklahoma theres 400 miles of rt. 66 left that you can drive on. My question is, has anyone here ever driven on it and is it a reasonably kept up road to drive on?

All states that Route 66 run thru are now designated Historic, the parts that are open are fairly well taken care of and give a view of the world as it was b4 the interstate came into play.
Makes a nice road trip, and the yearly Route66 tour is a great experience.

First trip was 1959, from end to end, in a 1953 Chevy. As i recall Oklahoma was quite mundane.
