If you have a DVD burner, burn the file to dvd.

There is no way to burn a file size bigger than 700 mb onto a disc that only has 700 mb of space. In fact, the content has to be slightly under 700mb to fit on that cd-r.

you will need to shorten the video, by 20 meg at least. if it is a home made video,,, now that is not to much you could take out about 1 minutes of video clips

now the reason I say 20 megs is there needs to be enough room on the cd to wright the closing blocks on the cd at the end of the write record.. if you have not got that the video will not work

If you are using nero and a cd burner capable of overburning, you can do it.

On Nero, go to file - preferences - expert features
and enable Disc-at-once CD overburning
type a maximun cd size of 84 min 0 sec 0 frm

then enable generation of short lead out.

that should do it.

Movies usually go onto DVDs, but you can check your CD burning software to see if it supports over-burn. Nero has those capabilities.

Then you're doomed. You gotta re-export or compress it. Make sure its an MPEG2, 3, or preferably 4.

You need to edit the movie, and shorten it just a little bit.
