I've been on this planet 40+ years and I've found only two instances of "a leopard changing its spots" and it was for the good in both cases. The people involved turned their lives around completely and came out on top, emotionally, physically, etc. So, I'd say, Yes, it can happen. It just doesn't happen very often and usually involves some life-altering situation which isn't always good.

Hmm i don't think of it may i recommend can a zebra become a tiger no i don't think of so...my answer sticks i say now if have been speaking approximately human beings i've got faith human beings can substitute yet on condition that they % to.

No a leopard doesn't change it's spots, be careful there are a lot of leopards on this site.... ha-ha
