If you defensive
GO with the emp=wail amd star=skar
and change infernape to
Torkoal
If your offensive
Switch Staraptor for skarmory
and if you can
Roserade-Sceptile

Empoleon infernape and Staraptor are all great choices.
P.S. No, Empoleon is not weak against fire. Because his attributes are both strong(water) ans weak(steel) against fire than they cancle out and fire just does regular damage.
Other example include fighting moves on a noctowl, dark moves on a medicham, and electric moves on a lombre.

i think good team but empoleom is water/steel type so fire is super effective 2 it so pick a water only pokemon 2 replace him
