As with any model years 1996 and newer, it should be under the instrument panel on the driver side, accessible from the driver seat as per OBD-II requirements. Some 1995 models are OBD-II compliant depending on the model. Exact location of the 16-pin Data Link Connector is dependent on model. Hope this helps.

Under the drivers side dash. Close to the middle of the dash near the center console...kinda near where the radio but under the dash.

it's under the drivers side dash usually, but you still need a scan tool to do anything with it. take your car to any nearby auto zone they should be able to point you in the right direction. depending on the year of the ford they may be able to scan it for free. if you give us the information they give you

Under the dashboard, fairly toward the center biased a little to the left. good luck.

Go to www.autozone.com. Click on repair info on the left. click on Component Locations. then click on Diagnostic Link Connector. somewhere in between there you will have to put in your vehicles info. make model and year. Good luck

Middle of the dash drivers side, if it is not there it is passenger under the glove box.

on the driver's side, under the dashboard. the connector will be in plain site.
