where can i watch the 3rd installment of the tales from the crypt movie series?

i've tried every where. i cant seem to find it.
im willing to download or watch.

...the third "Tales from the Crypt" movie, or what was originally intended as such, might be a lot easier to find than you might think; despite having the same producers as the "Tales of the Crypt" series and movies, Universal Studios chose to release the Peter Jackson directed ghostly comedy, "The Frighteners" (1996), starring Michael J. Fox, as a stand-alone feature film, without the "...Crypt" reference.

...flash forward to 2001, where some of the producers over at Dark Castle ("House of Wax", "Gothica", "13 Ghosts", etc.) decided to pick up the "...Crypt" reins, with a little chiller ditty, entitled, "Ritual", starring Jennifer Grey, Craig Sheffer and Tim Curry....
