Buy a pack of newborn diapers and get 6 different types of candy bars. Melt each bar on a plate in the microwave for about 20 seconds and then plop it into the diaper.
Place the six diapers on a tray and give everyone some paper and pens and give them 2 minutes to try to guess which bar is which.
Afterwards give the bag of diapers to the mom-to-be and put the rest of the candy bars in a bowl for everyone to enjoy.
Leave a couple of plastic forks out in case anyone wants to sample the baby poop looking candy bars.
I did this game for a mom to be at a bank and I had a bunch of bankers standing around a bunch of dirty looking diapers. IT WAS HILARIOUS.!
I used snickers, milkyway, reese cup, hershey bar, twix, and 3 muskuteers. A few werer give-mes but there was only 1 winner out of 8 in my group. People still talk about how funny it was!

I had some friends organise my baby shower and one of the games involved some pegs. Everybody gets three pegs to start with and the aim of the game is to have the most amount of pegs at the end of the night. Whenever someone crossed their legs someone could steal one of their pegs, only one at a time though.
Another game was everyone got a sheet of paper with 20 words to do with baby or baby items - they were jumbled. The aim was to unjumble the words the fastest.
Other than that I got a foot massage, a shoulder and scalp massage and hand massage.

Not a game really as an activity. For the last one I did each person decorated a onesie. Everyone had lots of fun, even the kids made some. It didn't cost a whole lot we just bought some packages of different sizes on sale.
Now the baby has had a bunch to wear, and does, the people that made it like to see her wearing them, and it made for an extra unique gift from each person for the mommy to have from each person.

One that I've used is to take a roll of toliet tissue and pass it around telling each person to "take what you think you need" and don't give any more information until everyone has their piece of tissue. Then the person that has torn off the strip that come closest to being the size of the mom-to-be's tummy (wrap it around her) wins!
