i need help!!!! i need to know how to tell if your water Dragon is sick?

Lethargic, not eating, poor color. Water dragons need large cages, very clean pools, basking heat lamps set at correct temperatures, UVB lighting which is changed every 6 months, a variety of insects and plant material, vitamins. See this website for complete care info:

Is it doing something unusual? What makes you think it may be sick?

Well, if it doesn't move and there are flies hovering around it, then you can safely assume something is wrong.
