I made a seafood wellington with a side dish of carrots for my lady. She had a rough day at work and I tried to cheer her up with some delicious food served with romance.

pork tenderloin , sweet glazed cooked carrots , tomato and cucumber salad sounds gross but it is really good it has Olive Oil , lemon juice , and salt on it ... so good.
