im having my birthday party soon and i was making a playlist of songs to play during it. pretty much i just want some really good hard rock songs or metal songs. if anyone knows some then tell me!

How about Pantera, System of a Down, Morbid Angel, Metallica (the early heavy stuff), Mastadon, Atreyu, Killswitch Engage, Mudvayne.....y'know, the good and heavy stuff!

First of all Hard rock can be controversal to classify (not to sound rude, but what I think is princess pop other people really think is hardcore, and the other way around), so I'm just gonna put some good songs, ok? and if you think theyre lame, sorry, I think they rock.
Try listening to Rammstein if you havent already (they are a German rock band) there better songs are Morgenstern, Speil Mit Mier, Fuer Fui, Amerika, Zwitter
System of a Down- Violoent Pornography, BYOB, Toxicity, Cigaro, Aerials, Viscinity of Obsenity
Slipknot- Vermillion, Duality
Mastodon- The Wolf is Loose, Colony of Birchmen, Bladerunner
Zao- Physcian Heal Thyself, The End

Iron Maiden- Number of the Beast, Different World, Phantom of the Opera
AC/DC- Highway to Hell, Dirty Deeds

The White Stripes (ok not hard rock at all but theyre good)- seven nation army, icky thump, denial twist, blue orchid

May I suggest that you download/ buy the Taste of Chaos CD and just play that? I have it and its pretty good. You also may want to see if there is an Ozzfest CD, I dont know of one yet, but that dosent mean anything.
