If you can get to any major retail outlet that sells movies, ask the assitant (if you've got a choice, try to find someone who looks like they have some experience and professional pride) if they can order a film for you; give them the name of the film you're interested in and they'll either take you to it on the shelf or produce their supplier's catalogue. Don't be put off if their catalogue indicates that the title is deleted or some such because suppliers for other stores may know differently and assistants don't always want to recommend you try elsewhere.
E-bay, of course, is a website at which one can find no end of collectables and movies are no exception. A search of the web should bring up numerous other sites that sell or rent movies.
