She absolutely had an affair. Would it feel like an affair if she has a fling with another man? How about a transsexual? Where do you draw the line? If she's sexually involved with another, be it man, woman, or hell even a goat, then she cheated on you. It really bothers me when people try to justify inexcusable behavior by saying that it wasn't cheating because it was with another woman.

Technically she did cheat on you, fortunatly she did with another women. Congrats to you that now you can get into the middle. Take her out to a strip club and have her pick out a women that she finds hot!! and take the both of them home, and have a grand ol time. She might have just upped you sex life from fun to amazing!!!!! Unless of course you are angry about it, then SORRY dude. Kick her to the curb and suit her for all she has... either way, good luck...

She cheated on you. But you got to be careful about things like that cause you never know if she is gona do it again. My friend's wife did that to him and she moved the lady in now he sleeps in the spare bedroom and she and the lady sleep together. If youc an get past it then fine if not then move on. Ask her if she wants you to join them as well.

In the legal sense, yes she cheated because she went outside the marriage. But, if you are willing to forgive her, you can overcome it. To me, it depends on if it was done in love or lust. Love means she'll always be yours. Lust is just passing.

yes she did.... its a violation of the marraige vows.... she sought the bed and comfort of another... and it doesnt matter if that "another" is a man or woman in the eyes of divorce law...
