I seldom watch the local news. but in the D/FW area, you have your choice of "the old guy that was a young guy when he started working with the old guy", the red headed babe (weather-whoa-man) with the Hawaiian sounding name, the blonde that also gets stuck doing traffic sometimes, the guy that stopped being a weatherman to pursue a career as a stand-up comedian but mercifully cam back to the weather, or the black guy that is trying real hard to put dignity back into the meteorologist profession.

In LA, we have many weathermen. There is Fritz Coleman, who looks kind of like Anderson Cooper. There is Dallas Raines, who looks plastic and phony. In the film "Bruce Almighty," these two's names were combined to create a weatherman named "Dallas Coleman."
My favorite is Rick Dickert, a hottie on Fox 11. I think he's gay.

Well, one channel has a white guy that looks like a Stepford Wife in drag. Another has a fat Hispanic dude that was probably selling cars last week.

To be honest, I don't watch the weather around here much.
