It is about 70 km's pending which route you use. The 'cement highway' is possibly the best to use. I used to live on a small holding in Tarlton and about 4 km's from the race track.

ooh! ooh! i know this!!!!!! i lived in krugersdorp all my life!

two routes -

1) take the randfontein turnoff, and catch the r21 at the back-end of randfontein - which is longer.

2)through krugersdorp - from tarlton drive through the town on rustenburg road, which becomes commissioner street. (its the road you follow from tarlton. keep left at the game reserve)
at the fire department turn left into paardekraal drive, which is the R28 or the N14. st the bottom of muldersdrift hill, you have two choices - right into hendrik potgieter or straight down the R28 as if going to pretoria.

hendrik potgieter will get you to the highway, via 14th avenue offramp. turn right, as if going to bloemfontein, and follow the signs.

you're looking at about 60 - 70 km's, and about 90 mins to 2 hours in traffic in the morning if you leave after 6. my suggestion is leave early...
