the circumference of a circle has the equation 2(pi)(radius) or (pi)(diameter) since diameter = 2(radius)

Therefore, the circumference is 66(pi)cm.

If you will travel for 100 revolutions of the wheels, its like multiplying the circumference 100 times. Thus, the distance you'll travel is 6600(pi) cm or 20724cm if pi = 3.14

a)...Circumference = Pi x Diameter. = 3.14 x 66 = 207.24cm
= 2.07m.
b)...100 x 2.07 = 207m travelled = 0.207km.

C = 2 pi * r

C = 2 * 3.14 *(66/2)

C = 207.24 cm

1 relolution = 1 permeter

100 rel / (207.24 cm / 1rel) = 20724 cm
